All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any waistbeads.
However, your satisfaction matters. If your waistbeads pop within 3 weeks of receiving them, you may return the strand to be recreated at no additional cost.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Once received, your strand will be remade and shipped back to you
